What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of backend semiconductor test equipment to ensure its continuous operation.
• Experiment Design: Develop and execute experiments to effectively commission new equipment and validate the ongoing performance of existing systems.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex technical failures in test equipment using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize equipment performance and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Data Integration: Support the integration of Statistical Process Control (SPC) to collect and analyze critical manufacturing data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science, with coursework ideally completing within 1 year.
• Experience: No specific years required; must meet educational timeline and US export law requirements (US Citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual).
• Skills: Detail-oriented problem-solving and rational thinking; excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, or SolidWorks; strong organizational skills; ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Minitab and Tableau.
