This role is crucial in helping TikTok Shop LIVE achieve its mission by working with sellers and partners to foster an engaging community and enhance the live shopping experience for users worldwide. The TL;DR

• Mission: To support sellers in enhancing their content, operations, and growth on TikTok Shop LIVE by analyzing trends, coaching, and optimizing strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trend & Ecosystem Analysis: Monitor the Sports&Outdoor&Shoes industry to identify emerging content trends and market shifts.
• Seller Coaching & Incubation: Provide daily coaching and develop educational resources to help sellers improve content quality, livestream efficiency, and operational quality.
• Case Study & Funnel Optimization: Deconstruct successful individual cases to identify key drivers of viewer conversion and revenue, then develop data-driven frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align on growth priorities and unlock opportunities for seller success.
• Performance Tracking: Track industry trends and key success metrics, including revenue growth, retention, and content quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required, but a commitment to at least a 3-month internship period is essential.
• Skills: Logical thinking, business analysis, systematic thinking, and critical thinking abilities. Strong learning ability, execution ability, and stress resistance. Effective communication, coordination, resource integration, and project management skills.
