The Tone:

The intern will engage in impactful short-term projects to gain practical skills and contribute to shaping the future of shopping.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze data and review user and merchant feedback to identify common issues within platform disputes.
• Document: Assist in documenting and improving after-sales dispute guidelines and service workflows across various scenarios and categories.
• Improve: Support efforts to enhance the overall platform experience by reviewing policies, tracking feedback, and coordinating with cross-functional teams like Product and Operations.
• Monitor: Monitor key business metrics, flag potential issues or unusual trends, and assist in tracking follow-up actions and improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science or a related major.
• Experience: Proven experience in operations, program, or project management, including hands-on experience in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development. Proven experience analyzing data to identify trends or insights to support team decisions and process improvements.
• Skills: Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and proven experience with basic data analysis tools like Excel or dashboards to interpret data for business needs. Must possess a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, the ability to take ownership of tasks, and awareness of potential operational risks.
• Bonus: Experience in LLM (Large Language Model) application, with enthusiasm for applying AI in e-commerce services and an innovative spirit. An understanding of e-commerce platform rules, with relevant experience in strategic operations and service experience operations of large e-commerce platforms.
