This role supports the Lead Ads team, which builds lead generation solutions that enable businesses to connect with customers while maintaining platform safety. What You’ll Actually Do
• System Development: Develop scalable and reliable software systems to meet product requirements and targets.
• Solution Building: Construct solutions for lead ads management, CRM integration, and the overall ecosystem to foster lead ads growth.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with various teams to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective.
• Project Engagement: Participate in impactful short-term projects that provide professional real-world experience.
• Skill Acquisition: Acquire practical skills through hands-on, on-the-job learning in a business environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Demonstrated excellent programming, debugging, and optimization abilities in languages such as Go, C/C++, or Python.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking and the ability to clearly and concisely formulate solutions to problems.
• Bonus: Extensive knowledge of modern software technologies, including front-end applications, large-scale backend systems, and data pipelines.
