What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Select and develop front-end technologies for the global CRM and transaction platform.
• Optimization: Optimize front-end functional designs to ensure compatibility across various browsers and terminal devices.
• Enhancement: Improve user experience and meet high-performance requirements through technical solutions.
• Efficiency: Develop common components and class libraries to enhance development efficiency and quality.
• Projects: Engage in impactful short-term projects to gain real-world professional experience within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals; familiarity with page architecture, layout, and common HTML5/CSS3 features.
• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible and self-motivated; capable of driving technical framework implementation.
• Bonus: Familiarity with mainstream UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Pure, Kendo); basic knowledge of Node.js and experience with build tools like Webpack; hands-on development experience with MVVM frameworks (React, Vue.js, AngularJS); personal front-end projects, open-source contributions, or relevant internships.
