This role is crucial in supporting the US operation and campaign teams by executing various brand campaigns, driving strategic initiatives, and helping to shape the future of e-commerce experiences for users.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Analysis: Assist the team by analyzing market trends, including assortment supply, traffic, and content to inform strategic decisions.
• Campaign Execution: Work as a Campaign Executive with stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly, managing promotion settings, creator sourcing, and product delivery tracking.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor real-time campaign and project performance, along with tracking post-campaign evaluation metrics.
• Reporting Support: Provide support for the preparation and analysis of weekly performance reports.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior e-Commerce experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Bonus: Prior e-Commerce experience and a data-driven approach with sensitivity to data insights.
