This role is crucial for scaling the “TikTokMadeMeBuyIt” phenomenon and pioneering content and creator commerce in the US, making TikTok the on-trend commerce platform of choice. As an intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining practical skills and a deeper understanding of real-world professional experience within the TikTok Shop US operation team.

• Team: TikTok Shop US operation team, working within the TTS US Category Creator Strategy Project
• Mission: To optimize creator content strategies and integrate resources to scale TikTok’s content and creator commerce platform in the US, enhancing the customer experience.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for the Personal Care & Lifestyle industry, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
• Creator Optimization: Continuously optimize creator content strategies, including onboarding and posting, to improve sell-through rates and establish a solid merchant supply foundation.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Integrate cross-departmental resources and coordinate with various teams to effectively communicate plans and link resources.
• Project Management: Agilely identify risks and opportunities in projects, resolve process bottlenecks, and drive quick problem resolution.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of tactics and campaigns, identify trends, and propose optimization strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: Proven work experience in internet marketing, e-commerce operations, or campaign operations, with a commitment to at least a 3-month internship.
• Skills: Strong data analysis and mining skills with an understanding of e-commerce data; effective communication and collaboration to integrate resources and drive project progress; patient, detail-oriented, and capable of summarizing learnings.
• Bonus: Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business or retail category management.
