This role supports the US Operations team in pioneering Content & Creator commerce, helping scale the #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon and shape the future of shopping through a unique customer experience.

• Mission: This person supports the TikTok Shop US Operations team by managing partner relationships, providing data analysis, and collaborating on team projects to ensure efficient cooperation and goal achievement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Cooperation: Assist in building and expanding cooperation links with TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) and constructing a stable cooperation ecosystem.
• Partner Communication: Support daily communication with managed TSPs, respond to their needs, and maintain cooperative relations to ensure efficient progress.
• Cooperation Tracking: Track the entire progress of TSP cooperation matters, synchronize problems and dynamics with the team, and promote project implementation.
• Data Analysis: Sort out and analyze daily operation data for TSPs, including core indicators, and output refined weekly or biweekly operation analysis reports.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to promote project management work, assist in formulating project plans, and track the progress of task nodes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in Marketing, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing Operations, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to commit to at least a 3-month internship period; strong interest in e-commerce and the creator economy.
• Skills: Proven skills in Excel/Google Sheets to derive “the story” behind numbers; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; strong learning ability, execution ability, stress resistance, communication, coordination, resource integration, and project management abilities.
• Bonus: Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce business with a solid understanding of the industry landscape; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in business analysis or operational reporting.
