Integrated Marketing & Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop – US Operation) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

This role is crucial for executing diverse marketing campaigns, contributing to strategic modules, and supporting high-impact initiatives that connect brands with consumers, thereby shaping the future of e-commerce on TikTok Shop.
The TL;DR

• Team: US Operation, Campaign & Marketing Team
• Mission: To support the execution and optimization of e-commerce marketing campaigns for TikTok Shop US, connecting brands with consumers.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Management: Support the daily operational needs of the campaign and marketing team, including the conceptualization, development, and execution of diverse marketing initiatives like sales and brand campaigns.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, including account managers, user research, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure effective campaign creation and optimization.
• Brand Outreach: Assist in communicating and collaborating with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), social media, and other digital channels to build online community reputation and enhance brand awareness.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, monitoring metrics like order and GMV targets, and provide ongoing recommendations for enhancements, partnerships, and activations.
• Market Intelligence: Research local market trends, cultural nuances, viral content, and industry developments in social media and e-commerce to inform and optimize campaign strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with current local trends and key social media influencers. Proven ability to take independent, end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities, including driving performance and collaborating effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, particularly in understanding and deriving insights from campaign data.
• Bonus: Academic background in communication, marketing, or e-commerce related fields. Ability to commit to a full-time internship lasting longer than four months.
