Brand Campaign Project Intern (TikTok Shop) | TikTok

This is a temporary internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles County, CA. TikTok is the leading global destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy to millions of users. This role is vital for executing campaigns for iconic brands, contributing to strategic modules, and shaping the future of e-commerce on TikTok Shop by connecting brands with consumers in meaningful ways.

• Mission: To execute and optimize brand campaigns, connecting consumers with brands through innovative e-commerce experiences on TikTok Shop.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the campaign and marketing team, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing various marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate across internal account managers, user research, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization.
• Community & Brand Building: Assist in communication and collaboration with local KOLs, social media, and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, including order and GMV targets, and offer ongoing recommendations for enhancement.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Assist in researching local market trends, culture, viral content, celebrity updates, and trending news to optimize campaigns.
• Branding Support: Assist in branding execution and marketing plans to support overall product development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers, alongside proven ability to manage expectations and drive performance in project settings.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder and project management, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to derive insights from data, coupled with end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Bonus: Academic background in communication, marketing, or an e-commerce-related area.
