What You’ll Actually Do
• Category Campaign Operations: Support the execution of monthly category campaigns, including tracking seller enrollment, configuring campaign setups, monitoring SKU readiness, and performing operational follow-up.
• Performance Tracking: Build and diligently maintain campaign trackers and dashboards, along with monitoring campaign performance to identify and address any operational risks or gaps proactively.
• Brand Campaign Support: Assist Account Managers in the preparation and execution of brand campaigns, coordinating closely with sellers on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables, and supporting setup across internal systems.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Live, Affiliate/Creator, Marketing, and Operations teams to support integrated campaign initiatives, including specific coordination for live-streaming and creator-related campaigns.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, seller participation metrics, and product trends to identify best practices and generate optimization opportunities for future campaigns and operational documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Data-related majors, intending to start in 2026.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is explicitly required, but candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent stakeholder and project management skills, strong ability to manage expectations, drive performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight constraints. Possesses an analytical and structured mindset, proficient in understanding and deriving insights from data. Exhibits independent and self-motivated work habits, showing good end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Bonus: Proven professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis is preferred.
