Integrated Marketing & Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop – US Operation) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship with TikTok, which operates a leading platform for short-form mobile video and is actively building out its e-commerce ecosystem. The role is a vital part of the US operation team, focused on executing campaigns for brands within TikTok Shop. This position helps shape the future of e-commerce by supporting high-impact initiatives that connect brands with consumers. Interns will gain professional, real-world experience and practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Team: US operation team, supporting the campaign & marketing team
• Mission: This person assists in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce growth and brand awareness for TikTok Shop.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive campaign execution: Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing various marketing campaigns, including sales campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as account managers, user research, and product, as well as external partners for campaign creation and optimization.
• Enhance online presence: Support communication and collaboration with local KOLs, social media, and other digital channels to build community reputation and brand awareness.
• Optimize campaign performance: Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, including order and GMV targets, to offer ongoing recommendations for optimization.
• Inform strategic development: Research local market trends, viral content, and industry developments to inform and optimize campaign strategies and assist in branding execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers; commitment to at least a 3-month internship period.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder and project management abilities, capacity to manage expectations, drive performance, and collaborate under pressure. Independent, self-motivated, and open to new projects, with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Bonus: Majors in communication, marketing, or e-commerce-related areas; ability to commit to a full-time internship for more than 4 months.
