Sales Agency Project Intern (Scaled Growth) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok builds the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. This role is important because it connects agencies of all sizes with TikTok’s creative ecosystem, helping them unlock performance, build narratives for clients, and grow sustainably on the platform. The intern will operate at the intersection of business strategy, product expertise, and client partnership within a high-growth, high-impact environment.

• Team: Scaled Agency Sales team in the USA
• Mission: Support the Scaled Agency Sales team in deepening partnerships with independent agencies and growing advertiser investment across the US market.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, AI tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth by supporting the full sales lifecycle, including prospect research, competitive analysis, pitch preparation, and partner engagement across US agencies.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the sales pipeline tracker, identifying patterns, surfacing risks, and translating data into clear signals for the team lead.
• Operational Support: Serve as the operational backbone for top agency relationships, owning issue resolution end-to-end and coordinating across internal teams to keep deals moving.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and structure materials for weekly team meetings and leadership reviews, highlighting trends and insights that drive decisions.
• Performance Tracking: Design and maintain dashboards and performance reports that help the team understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing Bachelor or Master Degrees in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese is mandatory for partnering with global counterparts and stakeholders in Portuguese-speaking markets like Brazil.
• Bonus: Highly organized and reliable, curiosity about digital advertising, the creator economy, and how agencies operate, and comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
