• Team: US operation team, within the campaign team supporting category management projects.
• Mission: To contribute to impactful short-term projects and high-impact initiatives that connect brands with consumers, gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support category management projects for TikTok Shop US EBHV (Electronics, Books, Hardlines, and Virtual Goods) categories.
• Research: Conduct market, competitor, consumer trend, and category research to identify business opportunities and growth potential.
• Analyze: Analyze category performance and business metrics, including GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop: Assist in developing category growth plans, promotional strategies, campaign proposals, and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including seller management, creator/affiliate, and marketing teams, to support project execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; prior internship experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, consulting, or data analytics is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, strong communication and collaboration skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI; familiarity with TikTok, creator economy, or livestream commerce; interest or experience in EBHV-related categories; entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and curiosity.
