What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Finance Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for various project finance transactions, drawing upon experience gained within Project Finance Banks or Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
• Tax Equity Advisory: Provide expert advisory services on tax equity structures and implications, guiding clients through complex financial arrangements in the renewables sector.
• Financial Modelling Expertise: Develop, maintain, and refine sophisticated financial models specifically for renewable energy assets, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar projects, and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) initiatives.
• Investment Banking Support: Contribute to the overall execution of investment banking mandates, including market research, client presentations, and transaction support related to project finance and renewable energy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional with a robust background in project finance, ideally cultivated through direct experience at a Project Finance Bank or an Independent Power Producer (IPP).
• Experience: Demonstrated professional experience as a Project Finance Analyst or Associate. Proven track record in providing comprehensive tax equity advisory services to clients.
• Skills: High proficiency in financial modelling, with specific expertise in renewable energy technologies such as BESS, Solar, and RNG; Strong analytical and quantitative skills applicable to project finance; Solid understanding of tax equity markets and structuring.
