What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Project Development: Support the end-to-end development of solar and clean energy projects, from initial concept through handover to execution teams.
• Conduct Project Analysis: Perform technical and financial analyses, including feasibility assessments and yield evaluations, to support project viability.
• Prepare Project Documentation: Develop proposals and comprehensive project documentation for various stages of development.
• Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and partners.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all project activities and designs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, or a related field) with a strong foundation in solar or clean energy projects.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in solar or clean energy project development, encompassing phases from conceptual design to permitting.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills for feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration, technical presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Project development skills including site evaluation, conceptual design, and proposal preparation.
• Project management skills to plan tasks, track progress, and manage timelines and resources.
• Solar energy knowledge covering PV technologies, system design principles, and performance modeling.
• Bonus: Proficiency with PV design and simulation tools, familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
