What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiate: Review and assess incoming field marketing requests for completeness and accuracy before projects begin.
• Manage: Set up and manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Adobe Workfront.
• Facilitate: Capture feedback from regional partners and route it efficiently to creative teams.
• Distribute: Ensure final marketing materials are uploaded, labeled, and distributed correctly via SharePoint and other channels.
• Monitor: Track project progress, monitor the quality and accuracy of localized assets to meet brand standards, and support merchandising and event collateral needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project support roles, including internships or entry-level positions.
• Skills: Proficiency with tools like Adobe Workfront, Smartsheets, SharePoint, or similar project management systems; exceptional organizational skills to keep projects structured and trackable; strong communication skills to manage shifting timelines and incomplete information; keen attention to detail to ensure file naming, version control, and deadlines are met.
• Bonus: Familiarity with brand design, client management, and creative briefs.
