What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: Assess incoming field marketing requests for completeness and accuracy before initiating projects.
• Manage: Set up and manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables utilizing tools like Adobe Workfront.
• Communicate: Facilitate communication by capturing feedback from regional partners and routing it to creative teams.
• Distribute: Ensure final marketing materials are uploaded, labeled, and distributed correctly via SharePoint and other channels.
• Coordinate: Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to align on project requirements and deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project support roles, including internships or entry-level positions.
• Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Smartsheets, SharePoint; exceptional organizational skills; strong communication skills; keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with brand design, client management, and creative briefs.
