What You’ll Actually Do
• Assess: Review incoming field marketing requests for completeness and accuracy before project initiation.
• Manage: Set up and manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Coordinate: Facilitate communication by capturing feedback from regional partners and routing it to creative teams.
• Distribute: Ensure final marketing materials are uploaded, labeled, and distributed correctly via SharePoint and other channels.
• Monitor: Uphold brand standards by monitoring the quality and accuracy of localized assets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project support roles, including internships or entry-level positions, with proficiency in project management systems like Adobe Workfront, Smartsheets, or SharePoint.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills; strong communication skills to manage shifting timelines; keen attention to detail for file naming, version control, and deadlines; a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with brand design, client management, and creative briefs.
