What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategize: Help devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
• Present: Prepare comprehensive pitch books and meeting materials for client engagements.
• Analyze: Collaborate with integrated team members to analyze client balance sheets and investment objectives for customized recommendations.
• Model: Become an expert in proprietary models to provide recommendations on tailored financial solutions.
• Research & Support: Conduct research and analysis, assisting with product development and client prospecting efforts, and managing client inquiry follow-up.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2. This role is designed for entry-level professionals seeking exposure to private banking.
• Experience: No more than two years of work experience following completion of an undergraduate program.
• Skills:
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management.
• Superior multi-tasking, organizational, and presentation skills with poise.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative resources to analyze complex financial situations and present effective solutions.
