Summary

The Profitable Response Orchestration (PRO) intern, within the Supply Chain Digital Services (SCDS) business unit, is expected to be a mutually beneficial opportunity. This role provides Armada the benefit of an additional resource to support various aspects of PRO product management, as well as additional capacity to support the continuous improvement of operational frameworks and processes.

The intern will benefit from the rapid accumulation of diverse business experience, serving in a capacity that leverages the application of advanced technologies and methodologies in the pursuit of continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day product management activities, applying business analysis methodologies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support product decisions, roadmap development, and process enhancements.
  • Apply agile methodologies to make recommendations for Armada-centric best practices.
  • Help prepare artifacts and materials (e.g., playbooks, process maps, presentations, etc.) for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders; support deployments in client environments.
  • Assist with PRO operations orchestration activities, including identification and mitigation of supply chain risks.
  • Participate in Armada innovation initiatives with emerging tech.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of commercial product and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University enrollment with pursuit of a 4-year degree.
  • Major in a business concentration (flexible as to specific Major).
  • Interest and enthusiasm in pursuit of obtaining marketable experience in Supply Chain Management, Product Management, as well as technical skillset proliferation.
  • Intellectual curiosity and creative perspective.
