Year Up United provides an intensive, one-year or less program designed to equip young adults with essential skills for launching a professional career. This role is crucial for individuals seeking to gain comprehensive technical and professional training, secure internships at top organizations, and receive robust job placement support, ultimately achieving significant career and earning potential. The program aims to bridge the opportunity gap by connecting talented individuals with leading employers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Participate in intensive, in-classroom skill development focused on essential technical and professional competencies.
• Career Access: Gain access to internships at top organizations in the Phoenix area, including American Express, Bank of America, Nationwide, and Amazon, and/or utilize job placement services.
• Personal Growth: Receive personalized coaching and mentorship, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout your program journey.
• Professional Training: Develop and refine professional business and communication skills, alongside practical interviewing, networking, and resume building expertise.
• Specialized Learning: Complete in-depth specialized classes in one of several career tracks, including IT Support, Banking, Customer Success, Financial Operations, or Business Operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school graduate or GED recipient. This program is designed for early career individuals committed to launching a professional career.
• Experience: Must not have obtained a Bachelor’s degree. Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Skills: Demonstrate a high motivation to learn technical and professional skills. Required to be available Monday-Friday throughout the entire duration of the program.
