What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead and hold production staff accountable for performance in their areas, providing direction and support to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Strategy & Goals: Work with your manager to adjust production goals and strategies.
• Team Development: Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and success, training and developing employees.
• Standards & Compliance: Champion safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across all production areas, ensuring compliance with TS16949 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead your team in continuous improvement implementations and foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role in high-volume manufacturing, with a preference for automotive industry experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in high-volume manufacturing, coupled with familiarity with the Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, alongside basic computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with QAD or BAE is a plus.
