Production Assistant | RADIIA

The Tone:

RADIIA is a full-service luxury jewelry manufacturer and stone supplier based nearby New York’s diamond district, operating as a small team with a rapidly growing business. Given the extremely high-value and confidential nature of the items handled on behalf of clients, trustworthiness and discreetness are paramount in this role. • Mission: Support the small team with essential logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless fulfillment of client orders and general operational efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately fulfill and prepare clients’ orders for dispatch, ensuring all high-value items are correctly accounted for and handled with care.
• Inventory Management: Systematically conduct precise inventory counts of stones, production materials, and finished luxury jewelry pieces.
• Documentation: Methodically create all necessary inbound and outbound documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for client items.
• Local Logistics: Perform multiple daily deliveries and pickups within the neighborhood on foot, with occasional logistical support required throughout the wider city.
• Production and Content Support: Assist the team with the collection of content for stones, throughout the production process, and for finished jewelry pieces, as well as providing general administrative support on daily tasks and special projects.

• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required; willingness to learn and grow within the role is key.
