• Location: De Pere, WI
• Pay: $19.50/hr
• Mission: Ensure efficient production and quality control by assisting with material preparation, machine operation, and packaging in a food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist with production tasks such as accurately measuring, weighing, and preparing raw materials.
• Operate: Set up, operate, and assist with basic machine/equipment operation as needed.
• Package: Accurately and efficiently package and label finished goods for shipment.
• Inspect: Perform quality checks to ensure products consistently meet established standards.
• Maintain: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by diligently following sanitation and safety procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career.
• Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or food production preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail; Ability to follow instructions accurately; Basic math and measurement skills.
• Bonus: Associates Degree in the sciences.
