• Team: Global Product Services (GPS) Strategy, Portfolio, and Product Management team, reporting to the GPS Strategy, Portfolio, and Product Management Director.
• Mission: To strengthen GPS’s outside-in market perspective by converting insights from customer needs, competitor analysis, market trends, and AI developments into clear, actionable recommendations that guide portfolio strategy, AI-enabled services, and future business opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct comprehensive market intelligence research to identify customer needs, evolving industry trends, emerging technologies, and critical services growth opportunities relevant to GPS.
• Analyze: Perform detailed competitive analysis to assess portfolio positioning, identify offer gaps, evaluate competitor capabilities, and track overall market developments.
• Inform: Support product managers and business leaders by providing thorough research, actionable business insights, and data-driven recommendations that inform future portfolio strategy and new offer development.
• Monitor: Proactively monitor artificial intelligence trends and help identify strategic ways to embed AI capabilities into sales processes, service delivery mechanisms, specific service features, and overall operating models.
• Communicate: Create and deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and clear recommendations that effectively translate complex information and findings into digestible business insights for senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Early-Level professional who is currently completing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Technology Management, Product Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, consulting projects, business case development, or data analysis, gained through internships, academic projects, or prior professional experience. This includes a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to structure ambiguous business questions effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to synthesize complex findings into executive-friendly recommendations and work effectively across teams.
• Bonus: An MBA or a Master’s degree in Strategy, Analytics, Technology Management, Product Management, or Data Science. Prior internship or work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, business operations, market intelligence, services, or technology. A strong interest in AI-enabled services, business transformation, or digital operating models, and practical experience with data analysis and visualization tools such such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Excel.
