Product Performance & Validation Intern | T-Mobile

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Device Diagnostics: Learn and utilize industry-standard device diagnostic and log analysis tools, such as QXDM, to collect critical data from devices.
• Analyze Performance Data: Analyze collected device logs and review drive test results to identify and investigate device or network issues, including failures and performance gaps.
• Create Performance Reports: Prepare detailed benchmark and analysis reports, highlighting performance gaps, failure trends, and key insights regarding product performance.
• Document Issues Thoroughly: Clearly document observed issues within reports, ensuring comprehensive records of identified problems.
• Collaborate and Present Findings: Participate in end-to-end issue triage, collaborating with the team to analyze findings and presenting recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program, and possessing a strong foundational understanding of wireless communication principles and technologies.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are mandated, but candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in problem-solving and data interpretation.
• Skills: Proficiency in learning and utilizing device diagnostic and log analysis tools (e.g., QXDM), adeptness in data collection and analysis, comprehensive report preparation, and effective communication and presentation of findings.
