Product Manager Intern (Measurement Product) – 2026 Summer (BS/MS) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at TikTok, likely located in Los Angeles, CA, for the 2026 Summer term. TikTok is a global leader in short-form mobile video, dedicated to inspiring creativity and bringing joy to its users worldwide. The Measurement Product team builds essential experimentation products that empower marketers and brands to accurately assess the business value generated by their activities on TikTok and across all their paid advertising channels. This role focuses on developing client-facing measurement solutions, making it critical for helping advertisers understand and optimize the impact of their TikTok marketing on their overall business returns. Interns at TikTok gain significant industry exposure and hands-on experience, participating in a 12-week program that includes social events and development workshops to foster both personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Vision: Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build, and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and understand business value from TikTok.
• Data Analysis: Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
• Product Development: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
• Documentation: Write all technical specifications and product requirements for development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution. A strong academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, computer science, or closely related technical fields is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a cross-functional and highly collaborative environment. Candidates must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during the Summer 2026 term, aligning with the provided start dates.
• Skills: Possess strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, coupled with the ability to methodically break down, analyze, and solve complex problems. Exhibit strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; candidates should be self-motivated and responsible, capable of driving projects independently with reliability and simplicity.
• Bonus: Prior technical experience or project work is preferred. A heavy user of internet products, demonstrating curiosity about product design and user experience. Prior product-related internship or project experience is considered a plus. Experience in the ads monetization business and its broader ecosystem is valuable, as is experience working collaboratively with data teams and other technical teams.
