Team Introduction: TikTok Ads Core – Monetization Client Team

The Monetization Client team from TikTok Ads Core is dedicated to delivering innovative ads products on TikTok. This includes areas such as content ads, new ads formats, vertical solutions, creator monetization business accounts, and enhancing ads experiences. Working in close collaboration with the product team, our core mission is two-fold: to build the primary window through which advertisers can effectively promote their products on TikTok, and to create a deep connection bridge between advertisers and TikTok users. Consequently, while supporting innovative monetization features, ensuring an optimal user experience on TikTok remains a paramount priority.

Internship Program Overview

We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for an internship in Summer 2026. Internships at our Company are designed to provide students with valuable industry exposure and practical, hands-on experience. This program aims to help students develop fundamental skills and explore potential career paths. You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, building a strong foundation for both personal and professional growth. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok Shop ads products. This includes developing tools for diagnosis, benefit analysis, recommendations, and insights, all designed to help advertisers adhere to ads best practices and grow their business on TikTok.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams such as operations, engineering, data science, and platform to define project goals, develop features, conduct testing, and successfully launch new products.
  • Define and meticulously analyze key metrics that will inform product strategy and prioritization decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, coupled with the ability to effectively break down, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Possess strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; be self-motivated and responsible, capable of independently driving projects with reliability and simplicity.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional team environment.
  • Able to commit to an internship for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
  • Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Major in statistics, computer science, or an equivalent science/technical field is preferred, with prior technical experience or project work being a plus.

Job Information: Compensation and Benefits

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) – Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35 – $55.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half of the year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
