What You’ll Actually Do
• Ownership: Drive AI agent features across their entire lifecycle, from scoping and ideation through to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Prioritization: Analyze user feedback, competitive signals, and product data to determine what to build next.
• Documentation: Produce clear wireframes, user stories, and PRDs that translate user needs into concrete engineering work.
• Research: Run user research and usability tests to confirm that agents effectively solve career challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years) with a background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Skills: Working understanding of how LLMs and autonomous agents operate; strong communication skills to articulate product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences; highly organized and dependable, able to juggle multiple workstreams in a startup environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role (internship counts); hands-on exposure to prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq, and project tools like Jira or Linear; a track record of turning vague, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.
