Product Mgmt Lead Analyst- C13 | Citigroup Inc.
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Citigroup Inc., located in India (Haryana). As a senior-level Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping product strategies and tactics. Your work will directly contribute to the promotion of financial products, aiming to develop new markets, increase market share, and establish a competitive position for the firm. This role is central to driving product success and strategic outcomes within the banking domain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Definition: Gather intricate requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories for agile scrum teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical capabilities.
• Product Backlog Management: Manage comprehensive product backlogs and prioritize releases by collaborating closely with business and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.
• Strategic Alignment: Liaise with the Program Management Office, program managers, and business sponsors to meticulously track initiatives, defining success criteria and ensuring alignment with broader business strategy.
• Product Effectiveness: Track critical metrics and outcomes to demonstrate product effectiveness, establish clear lines of sight to business impact, and devise plans for continuous user feedback.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact, contributing to new techniques and process improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This is a senior-level position requiring deep knowledge of banking systems, theories, and practices.
• Experience: 12-16 years of relevant experience, with a preference for Banking Domain, Retail / Cards experience, or Fraud Dispute experience. Practical experience across multiple business cycles is essential.
• Skills: Technical Product Roadmapping, Product Backlog Management, Requirements Gathering, User Story Definition, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Project Planning & Execution, JIRA.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Pega application and Retail Cards Dispute application. Willingness to work in night shifts.
