What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Design: Design and optimize advertising products, focusing on enhancing the advertiser experience on the platform.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to inform new product design and optimize existing product experiences.
• Performance Insight: Analyze advertiser optimization habits and delivery mechanisms to understand key factors impacting campaign performance.
• Strategic Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve advertising budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness using data analysis and user research.
• Lifecycle Management: Help manage the product lifecycle, collaborating with global cross-functional teams from product design to go-to-market execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Experience: Possess an academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work being highly valued. Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026, with preference for candidates available to work 5 days a week for 3 months or longer.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, capable of dissecting, analyzing, and solving complex problems effectively. Exhibit robust organizational, planning, communication, and execution abilities, coupled with self-motivation and responsibility to independently drive projects reliably and simply.
