The Produce Associate ensures the highest quality and freshness of all products, maintains a pristine and organized environment, and serves as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries, embodying the company’s commitment to excellence in fresh food retail.

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person: West St Paul, MN
• Pay: Up to $17.25 hourly
• Mission: Own the meticulous preparation, stocking, and presentation of fresh produce, ensuring optimal quality, customer satisfaction, and a safe department environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation & Stocking: Efficiently and accurately sort, prepare, and stock a wide variety of fresh produce items, ensuring they are readily available and appealingly displayed for customers.
• Department Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the produce department, creating a welcoming and hygienic shopping environment for all patrons.
• Customer Assistance: Proactively assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on produce characteristics and uses, and answering all inquiries with a friendly demeanor to enhance their shopping experience.
• Quality Control: Diligently enforce proper product rotation and freshness standards to ensure optimal quality for our customers, minimizing waste and guaranteeing produce is in peak condition.
• Safety & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to all company safety and sanitation procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment for both customers and colleagues.
