The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• CRM Management: Oversee CRM hygiene, track sales pipeline, and generate reports, ensuring accurate contact, account, and opportunity data.
• Regional Coordination: Facilitate seamless operational coordination and communication across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
• Sales Support: Provide direct support for pre-sales activities, proposal generation, and internal approval processes.
• Administrative Operations: Manage expenses, process invoices, and maintain essential operational documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement enhancements for operational processes and reporting mechanisms.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar field.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), supporting commercial teams, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership; excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills; strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience supporting multi-country operations, knowledge of expense or procurement processes, experience with workflow automation or AI tools, or a background in technology or consulting companies.
