This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence by ensuring all vendor accounts are compliant and efficiently managed. As a Procurement Associate, you will directly contribute to the company’s ability to deliver seamless and high-quality experiences by managing essential vendor relationships and supporting internal teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end new vendor vetting process, including accurate data entry into Salesforce.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all vendor documentation is current, complete, compliant with company standards, and proactively maintained in Salesforce.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide support to internal teams and act as a primary point of contact for territories and vendors on vetting and compliance matters.
• Contracting Assistance: Support the Procurement Team with vendor contracting activities.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement workflows and onboarding processes.
