Procurement Associate | Access

• Mission: Oversee and maintain vendor accounts information to ensure they meet the minimum requirements and align with Access’ operation needs.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Vetting: Own the new vendor vetting workflow process from beginning to end, including accurate Salesforce data entry.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all vendor documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Internal Support: Support cross-functional teams with vendor vetting and procurement processes, including communication and document collection.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for territories and vendors regarding vetting and compliance processes.
• Process Contribution: Assist the Procurement Team with vendor contracting activities and contribute to the efficiency of procurement workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a foundational understanding of event planning, hospitality, or related fields through coursework, internship, or experience.
• Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce data entry and maintenance, along with practical use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, excellent communication, customer service, and a collaborative spirit.
