The program is a structured, 10-week virtual internship designed to identify and cultivate future finance leaders globally through direct exposure to real private equity work and mentorship.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Master core private equity and growth investing skills through a rigorous two-week virtual training, led by industry professionals, at the commencement of the program.
• Develop proficiency in various financial modeling techniques, including 3-Statement Financial Modeling, DCF Valuation, and understanding LBO basics, returns, and IRR drivers.
• Conduct in-depth market and industry research, leveraging tools like Capital IQ Pro, and receive certification upon completing the associated Academy training.
• Prepare critical investment documents, such as investment memos, while applying best practices for Excel and PowerPoint in real deal work scenarios.
• Gain real-world exposure to buy-side deal work and investment decision-making through strategic placements with Lower Middle Market PE firms, Search Funds, or Family Offices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled student, ideally a freshman or sophomore, demonstrating a strong drive to pursue a career in private equity and finance.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required, as this program provides the initial hands-on training. Candidates should be high-performing students eager to get a significant head start in their finance career.
• Skills: Possess a hungry and motivated mindset, with a proven ability to learn quickly and commit to excelling in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
