What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Opportunities: Assess new investment opportunities across a range of healthcare subsectors.
• Develop Financial Models: Construct and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda.
• Conduct Due Diligence: Perform commercial, financial, and operational due diligence for potential investments.
• Execute Transactions: Support transaction execution by coordinating with management teams, lenders, and external advisors.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor portfolio company performance, support strategic value creation initiatives, and conduct industry and market research to identify emerging investment opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, supported by an excellent academic record, indicating a strong foundation for analytical work.
• Experience: Requires 1–4 years of prior experience in either investment banking or private equity, demonstrating strong capabilities in transaction-related activities and processes.
• Skills: Applicants must possess advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Additionally, strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and clear presentation capabilities are essential for success in this role.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior healthcare transaction experience; however, exceptional generalist candidates with a strong transaction background will also be considered.
