Job Description

Private Equity Analyst | Talently

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Talently, located in the Greater Philadelphia, PA Area, working with a client that is a founder-led private investment firm. This firm is dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing mission-critical aerospace and defense companies, led by experienced aerospace and defense operators, not generalist financiers. They employ an industrial playbook focused on strengthening supply chains and manufacturing resilience, targeting founder-owned businesses, non-core corporate divisions, and operationally challenged manufacturers with strategic importance. As a Private Equity Analyst, this position offers a rare entry point into a newly launched, well-capitalized platform with a sharp industrial thesis and real operating credibility. The role is crucial for gaining early exposure to deal sourcing, diligence, and hands-on portfolio work within the strategically vital aerospace and defense manufacturing sector.

Candidates must possess core domain knowledge gained from prior experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or other analytical roles focused on M&A or principal investing.
