This role is critical as it focuses on building AI Observability, a top strategic initiative designed to solve the pressing problem of companies being unable to see what their AI is actually doing in production. You will operate like a startup within the company, with direct executive sponsorship and a clear mandate to deliver.

• Experience: Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across teams without formal management authority and direct partnership with enterprise customers on production AI or LLM systems, focusing on areas like tracing, evaluation, governance, cost, or failure modes at scale. Regular, current use of multiple concurrent AI agents in your own work, run asynchronously and backed by a trusted verification process. Representing a product area in executive-level strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Skills: Product Management, Roadmap Ownership, Business Outcome Management, Executive Communication, Agentic AI Workflow Development, Enterprise Customer Partnership (AI/LLM).
• Bonus: Prior experience in observability, APM, security, or developer tools; experience participating in customer escalations at the VP or CTO level; a public track record (writing, talks, open source) of how you personally use agentic AI workflows; experience building or shaping verification and review systems for AI agents at scale.
