What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage and administer pricing for customer contracts worth over $200 million.
• Handle complex pricing systems and accurately maintain approximately 2,000 customer contracts.
• Work independently to load and maintain customer pricing and manage supplier rebates.
• Prepare contract models and serve as a key business partner to the sales team.
• Solve analytical problems and provide customer service to make a meaningful impact on business operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED required. Core domain knowledge in professional office setting and pricing operations.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office setting. Experience with customer service or account management. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload (200+ communications weekly).
• Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong analytical skills for building and maintaining complex pricing agreements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Access and Cognos preferred.
