Pricing Analyst | Greenberg Traurig, LLP
The Tone:
This is an early career role within the Innovation Team at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a global law firm with locations across 15 countries and various U.S. office locations. The firm provides legal services to clients worldwide and offers a collaborative environment. This role is crucial for supporting the firm’s financial operations by analyzing pricing data, preparing client proposals, and ensuring accurate financial agreements. The Pricing Analyst will contribute directly to the firm’s ability to secure new business and manage client relationships effectively by ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Quote: Create rate and fee quotes and budgets for client pitches and Request For Proposals.
• Report: Gather, analyze, and organize data for client reviews, presentations, and statistical reporting.
• Collaborate: Partner with Financial Report Developers to improve department reports and increase efficiency.
• Ensure: Work with the billing department to guarantee proper setup of new rate agreements.
• Support: Maintain current rate deal information, track client deadlines, and assist with budget development, benchmarking, and data analytics projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a similar quantitative focus. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Skills: Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros). Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Technical or scripting experience in SQL, SSRS, Python, PowerBI, or Prompt Engineering. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) and an understanding of AI capabilities in a professional environment.
