The Tone:
This is an intensive, 18-month rotational leadership development program at The Estée Lauder Companies, located in New York City. The Estée Lauder Companies is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, marketers, and sellers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, stewarding a portfolio of luxury and prestige brands globally. This program is designed to attract, develop, and retain the company’s next generation of leaders by integrating customized professional rotations with continuous development, strategic thinking initiatives, and strength-based coaching. What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in three intensive six-month rotations designed to provide exposure to key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing.
• Interact with senior executives within powerhouse brands and functions, gaining immediate exposure to leadership and receiving guidance and mentorship.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout regions and affiliates.
• Develop expertise in ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
• Engage in continuous development, strength-based individual coaching, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking to accelerate professional growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree, Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. Must possess permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, and not require sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Experience: Relevant marketing-related internship or work experience. Candidates with an advanced degree must have up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies.
• Skills: Demonstrated record of achievement coupled with strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
• Bonus: Global exposure or study abroad experience.
