• Mission: To accurately conduct insurance policy audits for Worker’s Compensation, Auto, and General Liability policies by reviewing policyholder records against client standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting the financial integrity of insurance policies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Audits: Conduct comprehensive insurance policy audits for various types of policies, specifically Worker’s Compensation, Auto, and General Liability.
• Record Review: Methodically audit policyholder records, ensuring they align precisely with established client company standards and requirements.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage your schedule from a home office, proactively scheduling necessary appointments with insured clients to facilitate audit processes.
• Field Travel: Undertake regular travel, averaging four days per week, within the assigned Atlanta, GA territory and its surrounding areas to meet in person with insured parties.
• Documentation & Compliance: Obtain all required documentation for insurance company client audits, consistently adhering to specified customer requirements and maintaining high quality standards throughout the process.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position suitable for individuals with a High School Diploma or GED. Must be in current possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience: No prior experience in premium auditing is required as comprehensive paid training, up to 8 weeks, is provided. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary.
• Skills:
• Ability to work independently from a home office environment.
• Excellent time management to organize fieldwork and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and documenting findings.
• Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and possess a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Bonus: A working knowledge of insurance principles and/or basic accounting principles is considered advantageous for this role.
