VP Premier Plus Relationship Manager | HSBC

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at HSBC within International Wealth and Premier Banking. This role is crucial for cultivating and expanding relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their single point of contact for comprehensive financial advisory services. The TL;DR

• Team: Premier Banking team
• Mission: Cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive banking and financial advisory services aligned with business targets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction through need-based selling.
• Service Delivery: Act as a single point of contact for Premier customers, anticipating needs and delivering comprehensive banking and financial advisory services.
• Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with HSBC’s policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines, while managing operational risk.
• Collaboration: Work as part of an integrated branch management team and collaborate with colleagues across the business to support client needs and achieve performance measures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a core domain in wealth management and client relationship management.
• Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience, with proven success in wealth products and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Skills: Excellent communication and client engagement skills; strong sales, networking, and portfolio management orientation; comprehensive understanding of financial services products and client relationship management systems.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and possession of professional and regulatory certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, NISM XXI A (PMS Certification), and NISM XIII (SIF Certification) as per market requirements.
