What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner with sales to design and present cutting-edge video security and access control solutions.
• Act as the technical expert, demystifying complex technology and showcasing the value of Motorola Solutions’ offerings through product evaluations, training, and presentations.
• Become a specialist in specific Motorola Solutions products and empower sales and customers with that knowledge.
• Travel extensively (70%-80%) to support tradeshows, conduct site surveys, and make a direct impact on the ground.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with a solid grasp of access control and video surveillance markets and solutions.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role with video security and access control solutions at a technology company.
• Skills: Native Spanish speaker with upper intermediate English proficiency, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, advanced knowledge of networking principles and communications, proficient in security systems design, implementation, and maintenance (video surveillance, access control), experienced with system integrations and enterprise-grade computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting, and a valid driving license.
• Bonus: Security industry experience or certifications in enterprise security, on-prem and cloud-hosted video and access control solutions; Cloud, Microsoft, Cisco, Networking, or other relevant technical certifications; a university degree or diploma in a tech-related field.
