What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Rotate through core business functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services.
• Project Leadership: Lead action learning projects to deliver tangible business outcomes and drive real impact.
• Market Insight: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze customer requirements and inform business strategies.
• Strategic Contribution: Support the development of proposals and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Operational Learning: Understand the intricacies of inventory and operations management processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, requiring a Senior undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with anticipated graduation by May 2026. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Experience: Zero years of post-graduation experience is expected for this early career program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project planning tools is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork are fundamental. Candidates must be self-driven, demonstrating a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
