• Team: Leads projects in OCCAM Immune, an Academic Research Organization (ARO), collaborating with scientists and technicians. Reports to Seunghee Kim-Schulze, Ph.D.
• Mission: This person provides comprehensive immune monitoring services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies engaged in clinical trials.
• Tech Stack: Flow cytometry, immune cell phenotyping, biological assay platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide scientific and technical leadership for the management, design, and execution of clinical research programs.
• Design and conduct complex clinical research studies, including the determination and evaluation of alternative methods.
• Collaborate with a team of scientists and technicians on projects related to a wide array of diseases, such as cancer, allergy, and neurological disorders.
• Analyze and interpret clinical data derived from various research studies.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the research operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Doctorate Degree. Entry-Level career experience in sciences or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years experience within a scientific investigation and research environment.
• Skills: Clinical research study design, clinical data analysis and interpretation, immune monitoring services, scientific investigation.
• Bonus: Experience with flow cytometry and immune cell phenotyping, as well as human biospecimen processing.
