As a member of the Investment & Trading team, this role contributes to a firm that is reimagining investment in secondary markets. The Portfolio Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing profitability across the firm’s portfolio of event tickets, making it ideal for individuals interested in trading, investment strategy, and market dynamics within dynamic market conditions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pricing Strategy: Analyze market research and trends to make timely and accurate pricing decisions, ensuring the inventory remains competitive and in high demand.
• Inventory Marketing: Ensure optimal marketing and exposure of the inventory to boost sales, directly contributing to the business’s success.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage all aspects of incoming acquisitions and outgoing sales, providing clear inventory overviews, and handling time-sensitive inventory tasks.
• Market Adaptation: Respond swiftly to the dynamics of volatile markets and stay informed on daily trends, showcasing adaptability and maintaining a competitive understanding of the market.
• Internal Collaboration: Foster strong internal communication channels by engaging with various departments and company leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow, while also contributing to ad hoc projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of work experience in an environment that requires quick responsiveness and efficient task management, showcasing adaptability to market changes.
• Skills: Display strong efficiency in computer-related tasks, particularly in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word). Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in dynamic situations.
• Availability: Possess a flexible schedule that accommodates working evenings and weekends during busy times, adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
