What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude, promptly responding to requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Pool Area Coordination: Confirm guest registration and coordinate the setup of the pool area, assisting with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Environment Maintenance: Clean and maintain the pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and surrounding spaces, to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
• Inventory Management: Collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor towel inventory to minimize loss and ensure continuous supply.
• Equipment Oversight: Inspect and care for poolside equipment such as umbrellas, rafts, and speakers, ensuring they are safe and functional for guest use.
• Activity Monitoring: Observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and promptly address or report any issues to maintain a safe environment.
• Recreation Support: Assist with general recreation duties or special activities as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
