This job description is for a position within the Pharmacy department at Walmart. The role involves providing pharmacy products and services to customers while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
What You’ll Do:
• Ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Providing pharmacy products and services to customers by assisting with prescription and OTC orders.
• Stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Entering prescription information and/or filling prescriptions.
• Maintaining paperwork, forms, and documentation.
• Providing customer service by acknowledging customers, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Operating equipment, such as cash registers.
• Receiving and stocking merchandise/supplies and organizing the Pharmacy area.
• Maintaining the Pharmacy area and merchandise presentation.
• Embraces differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance.
• Delivers results while putting the customer first.
• Displays curiosity and a desire to learn.

Compensation:
• The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00-$28.00.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
