The TL;DR

• Pay: $17–$20 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procedure Support: Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Operatory Management: Set up and break down operatories efficiently after patient treatments.
• Infection Control: Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Patient Records: Support doctors with accurate patient charting.
• Office Support: Perform various administrative and office tasks as necessary.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. High school diploma or equivalent. Commitment to obtaining state-required radiology and safety certifications.
• Experience: No prior dental assistant experience required; comprehensive training is provided to ensure success. Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
